This includes supporting Children and adults with disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, and medically fragile conditions, are supported by our Registered Nurses.

services offered:
- Direct support care professionals (DSP) help with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, transfers, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and medication administration.
- Working alongside trained behavioral consultants enables our direct support staff to effectively assist clients who display challenging behaviors by providing structured and efficient behavioral support interventions.
- Community living supports are designed to help individuals thrive by providing them with necessary assistance while they remain at home and within their community.
- Assist clients to Participate in community, social, and recreational activities.
- Provide temporary respite care to family members and caregivers from the daily demands of caring for a child with special needs.
- Direct nursing services through experienced and trained registered nurses that provide medical care to medically fragile children.
- Our nursing staff are available around the clock to provide in-home care for individuals needing constant medical attention.
Our program is supported by a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who can offer behavioral support approaches while working with your child’s provider
